Customers that use Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) can now send SMS text messages from the US West (N. California) region to mobile users. Using Amazon SNS, customers can send a message directly to a phone number , or can send a message to multiple phone numbers at once via Amazon SNS topics. Customers can send SMS text messages to more than 200 countries.

Amazon CodeGuru Profiler now supports Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) endpoints via AWS PrivateLink so customers can securely initiate API calls to Amazon CodeGuru Profiler from within their VPC, without crossing the public internet and without using public IPs.

Newer patches 3.2.3/2.5.3/1.7.3 are now available for customers using Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL. These patches include critically important stability, reliability and security fixes which will improve the operation of your Aurora PostgreSQL instances and workloads.
