Data integrations enable Amazon Connect customers to download data from third-party SaaS apps like CRMs, quality management, billing software, and order management solutions. You can now use AWS CloudFormation templates to help you deploy data integrations, along with the rest of your AWS infrastructure, in a secure, efficient, and repeatable way. For example, with data integrations, you can download knowledge articles from Salesforce via scheduled syncs and surface them in the Amazon Connect agent application as Wisdom articles, to help agents quickly resolve caller issues, while boosting their productivity.

Amazon Elastic File System (Amazon EFS) now supports sub-millisecond read latencies for all new and existing One Zone and Standard General Purpose file systems.
