Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) now supports the use of customer master keys (CMK) managed by AWS Key Management Service (KMS) to encrypt container images stored in your ECR repositories. AWS KMS is a simple to use key management service that makes it easy for you to create, manage, and control keys to encrypt and decrypt your data. AWS AppSync, a fully managed GraphQL service that simplifies application development by letting you create a flexible API to securely access, manipulate, and combine data from one or more data sources, is now available in the EU (Milan) region. Starting today, you can target EC2 Capacity Reservations within an AWS Resource Group using the Resource Group ARN. With this feature, you can now use Capacity Reservations seamlessly for workloads that span Availability Zones and multiple instance types.
