TSMC’s October revenues were up 56% y-o-y at $6.6 billion and 1% up on September. YTD sales are up 44% y-o-y at $57.7 billion Earlier this week, TSMC said it was constructing a new building alongside its 5nm fab on its Arizona site which could be equipped for 3nm production.
