Hats off to RS, through its DesignSpark maker website, for publishing a nice article on making reliable Cube Sats. Written by Dr Phil Marshall, it is worth a look. He is very positive about using FRAM-based processors, particularly the MSP430FR family, for inherent radiation resistance.
