Morris Chang, one of the great semiconductor CEOs, has become a billionaire, reports Bloomberg. Thanks to TSMC’s booming production for iPhone 8, the company’s market cap has soared 25% in the past year to over $182 billion. Chang’s stake is 0.5%.
