Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL Supports New PostgreSQL Minor Versions in the GovCloud Region

Following the announcement of updates to the PostgreSQL database , we have updated Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL to support minor versions 9.6.2, 9.5.6, 9.4.11 and 9.3.16 in the AWS GovCloud Region.
